Victoria Notarangelo, LMSW
Victoria is an associate psychotherapist and received her Master’s Degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Victoria has experience treating individuals, groups and families in healthcare and school settings. She has worked with clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, loss, and family dynamics.
Victoria’s approach is empathic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. She focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship, the cornerstone of effective and connected therapy. Victoria creates a supportive environment where clients can feel safe and understood in order to heal and grow. She strives to honor each client’s unique story, carefully considering life experiences, culture, race, ethnicity, gender and sexual identity.
Victoria is an integrative therapist and utilizes elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She often incorporates mindfulness in treatment, encouraging clients to remain present and aware of their thoughts and feelings. -
Erin Kelley, LMSW
Erin (she/her) has experience working with families and individuals in education, public and private healthcare settings where she incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness.
Erin received her master’s degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. Her areas of focus range from children and older adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use, acute and chronic illness, family dynamics and life transitions.
Erin’s therapeutic strength comes from her passion for connecting with clients through an empathic, warm, and welcoming approach. She maintains a safe and nonjudgmental space that allows her to guide clients through exploration of their life experiences and challenges while offering support for their growth process. Erin practices culturally sensitive therapy, and is carefully considerate of each client’s gender, race, ethnicity, social and sexual identity. Every interaction is underlined with curiosity and open-mindedness, allowing her clients to feel seen as their whole selves.

Elizabeth Owens, LMSW
Elizabeth (she/her) is an associate therapist who creates a supportive, collaborative and empathetic space for clients to be cared for and understood. Elizabeth believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and uses elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational therapy, and mindfulness techniques to attend to each client holistically.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and has experience working with adults of all ages in private health care settings. Elizabeth’s clinical areas of focus include those struggling with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, trauma, low self-esteem, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, and the unique challenges of careers in the arts.
Elizabeth strives to be an ally for each of her clients as they face life’s ups and downs. She leads with an open heart and aims to create a safe space for her clients during their sessions. Elizabeth values all aspects of each client's identity, carefully considering their life experiences, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual identity and more. She recognizes how challenging it can be to take the first step in starting therapy and is committed to making you feel welcomed from the very beginning.
